Want to buy a home, but need to sell a home as well? It's a little tricky, but we do it every day. When you write an offer on a home, we'll attach a contingency addendum that states either your house is on the market, or that it's in escrow. We coordinate the inspections and appraisals on both homes to happen at roughly the same time in each transaction.
