Rhonda Stanton, Broker-Associate, Keller Williams Realty, Redlands

What's the difference between a real estate salesperson, and a broker? A salesperson must take three classes, and sit for the state exam. A broker must have three years of real estate sales experience, or may substitute two years of college for one year of experience. They must take an additional 5 classes beyond that of the salesperson, and must take a longer, more stringent exam than that of the salesperson and pass it with a higher grade. Do you want the real estate professional with more or less experience? With more or less education? Always feel free to call me with your real estate questions. #helpmerhonda #redlandshomes #redlandsrealestate
