It pains me when I see MLS listings full of misspellings, grammatical errors, and unflattering home photos. I wonder, don't the sellers review the agent's work before they sign a contract with him or her? It matters! The photos should entice a buyer to come look at your home, not make it look ordinary and a dime-a-dozen, so that it's passed over. In every piece of marketing that I create, I want your home to look outstanding, and draw as many buyers as possible to come see your home. You can't sell it if buyers aren't coming to see it - we've got to get them in the door!
