Which headline is accurate? Both? Neither? One story says people aren't able to purchase a home, but it says nothing about these prospective buyers' debt. Do they have a lot of bills? Do they have student loans? Do they have a down payment saved? (Minimum 3.5% of sales price) Then the other story says builders can't sell their homes, that they're reducing prices. I see stories like this that constantly contradict each other. Don't go by the news to determine if you can purchase a home. Talk to a good agent or get a recommendation for a good lender to inform you of your local market and its affordability. Inventory of available homes is up! #HelpMeRhonda #RhondaRealtor #RedlandsHomes
